Like we said before, you purchase from us, please, thank you, then you contact the relevant company through their respective website and notify them of the date of purchase and the serial number and they send you money through your bank account.

It's no fair asking us to give you the money back in advance or asking Sony to give you back money for the Nikon products - or vice versa - but you can try if you like, Camera wholesalers like a laugh, the same as the rest of us...
