Leica Is Not A Chicken Outfit...

This is a posting for sheer photographic exuberance, as well as to sell you something.

Have a look at the following pictures taken here in the shop on a product table ( which we sell ) with Nissin speed lights ( which we sell ) of a remarkable Leica commemorative camera ( which we hope to sell ). The photographer is Gavin Carvalho, who is not for sale*.

The camera is a Leica M6 body and the lens is a Summicron M 50mm f:2. They are engraved with a golden cockerell as a part of a special commission for the Schmidt Group. I believe it is a presentation piece for the Chinese Year of the Rooster - those of you familiar with the Chinese language amy be able to translate the engraving. It also appears on the special wooden case that encloses the camera.

It is in beautiful condition, as one would expect from a special edition. A prime candidate for a discerning collector.

Please call or email Saul here at Camera Electronics for negotiations.
